Overview

Mivo supplies a complete range of auxiliary equipment for copper continuous casting lines — including induction melting furnaces, holding furnaces, graphite crystallizer dies, closed-loop cooling systems, and traction/withdrawal machines. These components are engineered as part of our own casting lines but are also available as standalone equipment for capacity upgrades or replacement of aging components in existing facilities.

All components are designed to work together. When ordered as part of a complete Mivo line, they are pre-tested together at our factory before shipment. When ordered as replacement or upgrade equipment, we provide dimensional drawings and control interface documentation to ensure compatibility with your existing line.

Equipment Range

Induction Melting Furnaces

IGBT-powered medium-frequency induction furnaces. Electromagnetic stirring option for homogeneous melt composition. Available for copper, brass, and bronze. Capacity per project specification.

Holding & Tundish Furnaces

Channel induction and resistance holding furnaces for temperature control between melting and casting. Critical for maintaining stable casting conditions.

Graphite Crystallizer Dies

High-density graphite dies for upward and horizontal continuous casting. Custom cross-sections available — provide your width × thickness drawing. Oil lubrication channel machined in.

Cooling Systems

Closed-loop secondary cooling water systems with temperature control and flow monitoring. Designed for long service life in copper casting environments.

Withdrawal & Traction Machines

Variable-speed traction units for 1 to 12 casting strands. Servo drive with real-time speed and tension feedback.
