Overview

Mivo can review resistance furnace, vacuum furnace, graphite mold, cooling, withdrawal, and related auxiliary-equipment requirements for copper casting projects. Because these items serve different process routes, the intended material, furnace duty, batch or output target, utilities, interfaces, and workshop conditions must be confirmed before a technical proposal is prepared.

For complete-line projects, the equipment boundary and available factory checks are agreed as part of the line scope. For replacement or upgrade work, buyers should provide equipment drawings, connection dimensions, electrical and control information, cooling conditions, and photographs of the existing installation so compatibility can be reviewed before manufacture.
