Mivo is the export-facing brand operated by Shenzhen Mivo Automation Machinery Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen company handles international business communication, commercial coordination, export preparation, and overseas buyer support.

Equipment design and manufacturing support is coordinated through technical personnel and production resources connected to Shenyang, at the center of Northeast China's traditional industrial base.

Current project scope includes upward continuous casting lines for oxygen-free copper busbar and flat profiles, semi-continuous casting equipment for billet and slab projects, resistance furnaces, vacuum furnaces, crystallizers, and related line equipment. Each project is configured against the buyer's product, production target, utilities, and workshop conditions.

Chinese invention patent CN113275523B, titled "Upward Casting Copper Strip Billet Crystallizer and Casting Method", relates to the crystallizer product route. The patent was granted on 4 November 2022 and covers the dual-section crystallizer, S-type cooling-water channels, and associated casting method. Its description gives a 120 mm/min example at a 220 x 12 mm section; project performance still requires agreed operating and acceptance conditions.

The technical team includes specialists with long-term copper processing and equipment experience connected to Shenyang's industrial manufacturing base. The team background includes technical personnel from the former copper-processing branch of Shenyang Smelter, a unit associated with oxygen-free copper rod industry-standard work and railway electric-locomotive conductor production, as well as personnel from Sujiatun Nonferrous Metal Processing Plant, one of China's early specialist copper and copper-alloy processing organizations.

This background gives the team both theoretical understanding and practical production experience in copper and copper-alloy processing. For projects with special product forms, workshop conditions, or production targets, Mivo can review whether the line configuration, equipment scope, and supporting process should be redesigned. The applicable scope and acceptance conditions are confirmed in the technical agreement and contract.

Our technical team maintains technical exchange and project-oriented collaboration with Northeastern University (NEU) in Shenyang, China, one of China's leading engineering universities and a recognized center of expertise in metallurgy, materials processing, continuous casting, and industrial automation. Any university participation, technical review, or research support for a specific commercial project is confirmed separately according to the project scope.

Manufacturing and technical support can include component fabrication, line assembly, and equipment testing for confirmed project scope. Factory acceptance review can be arranged before shipment so the equipment boundary and agreed inspection items are checked before dispatch.

Because copper casting equipment is often project-configured rather than bought as a fixed catalogue machine, the manufacturing review normally starts from the buyer's product form, alloy, output target, site utilities, and downstream process. If the required production condition is outside a standard configuration, the equipment can be reviewed and manufactured around that requirement.

Mivo can coordinate requirements review, custom redesign, manufacturing follow-up, factory acceptance, export packing and documents, site-readiness review, installation coordination, and spare-parts planning. The exact responsibility boundary is stated in the technical agreement and contract.

Process design and startup support are available for selected products and alloy systems. The applicable process scope, technical documentation, commissioning support, and training requirements are confirmed after project review.
