Product and material
Provide the busbar or strip-billet drawing, material grade, tolerance, and downstream use.
Continuous Casting Equipment
Project-configured upward continuous casting for copper busbar, flat copper, and strip billet. The cast profile is feedstock for later straightening, cutting, punching, bending, rolling, or finishing; it is not automatically a finished fabricated switchgear busbar.
Project specific
Section, material, and output are reviewed before configuration
Available on review
Operating range and line arrangement are provided with the technical proposal
Custom engineered
Furnace, crystallizer, traction, cooling, and handling are matched to the project
Public catalogue values are not treated as universal machine specifications. The technical proposal is prepared after the required product, material, output, utilities, downstream use, and acceptance method are reviewed.
Provide the busbar or strip-billet drawing, material grade, tolerance, and downstream use.
Furnace arrangement, strand count, traction, cooling, and product handling are selected for the approved scope.
Project operating ranges are available upon request after technical review.
Inspection method, sample location, responsible party, and acceptance criteria are recorded in the technical agreement.
Feed material enters the project-configured melting and holding scope. Molten copper reaches the graphite mold and crystallizer arrangement, where the profile solidifies and is withdrawn upward under the selected control sequence. Cutting, coiling, straightening, or stacking equipment is included only when required for the actual product and ordered line scope.
Patent CN113275523B covers a crystallizer and casting-method design for the copper strip-billet route. The patent belongs to this product route only. For a sales project, the crystallizer and line still require review against the section, material, water conditions, interfaces, and agreed acceptance method.

Configuration
Reviewed by section, output, and site conditions
This product route is the flat-profile branch of a broader copper upcasting machine and line. Buyers should confirm whether the required output is cast busbar, flat bar, strip billet, or feedstock for a later rolling and fabrication route, because the section, tolerance, cooling, handling, and acceptance requirements differ.
Mivo reviews the required cross-section, material standard, production target, strand arrangement, downstream handling, utilities, and plant conditions before confirming the machine or complete-line scope. The underlying copper upward continuous casting process explains how these inputs affect the furnace, crystallizer, withdrawal, and cooling arrangement.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Product Section | Project specific; provide the required width, thickness, and tolerance |
| Operating Range | Available after product and project review |
| Capacity | Configured to the approved product and output target |
| Furnace Arrangement | Selected for the ordered material, capacity, and line layout |
| Strand Arrangement | Single- or multi-strand review according to product and layout |
All parameters are project-specific. Send the cross-section, material standard, downstream use, capacity target, utilities, and acceptance requirements for configuration review.
Depending on the agreed material grade, dimensions, and downstream standard, cast flat profiles may be reviewed for the following application categories:
Before shipment, a factory acceptance scope can be agreed so equipment completeness, available functions, documents, and project-defined checks are reviewed before packing. Hot trials or sample criteria should be stated separately when they are required.
Process design and startup support are available for selected products and alloy systems. The applicable process scope, technical documentation, commissioning support, and training requirements are confirmed after project review.
Process support is evaluated case by case according to the product, alloy, equipment scope, and project conditions.
Send the cross-section range, material standard, annual output, handling method, and site utilities so the machine and complete-line scope can be reviewed.
