Product Overview

The Mivo copper busbar casting line uses upward continuous casting technology to produce oxygen-free copper flat bar profiles directly from molten copper. The process eliminates the porosity and oxygen inclusion issues associated with conventional casting routes, delivering profiles with ≥99.95% Cu purity and a smooth surface finish.

The line runs continuously — cathode copper is fed into the induction melting furnace at one end while finished copper flat bar exits the traction system at the other. Real-time PLC control maintains casting speed and temperature within tight tolerances, ensuring consistent dimensions across the entire production run.
