Turnkey Casting Line Projects
A custom complete line project with Mivo covers everything from the initial process design through to operator handover. We do not supply equipment and leave you to figure out integration — we engineer the full system, build it, test it, install it, and train your team to run it.
Custom projects are appropriate when you are building a new factory, replacing a complete aging line, or when your product specification or raw material composition differs from our standard configurations. We have designed lines for oxygen-free copper and various copper alloys — contact us with your material specification.
Project Delivery Process
Feasibility & Process Design
Define raw material, product spec, capacity, and site constraints. We produce a process flow diagram and equipment list.
Engineering & Procurement
Detailed mechanical and electrical engineering. Equipment fabrication and long-lead item procurement.
Factory Acceptance Test
Full line assembly and copper test run at our factory. Customer representatives review output and sign off before shipment.
Installation & Commissioning
Mivo engineers supervise installation and commission the line at your site. First production run witnessed together.
Training & Handover
Operator training on line startup, shutdown, parameter adjustment, and routine maintenance. Documentation package included.
