Feed and charging
Feed-material form, cleanliness, weighing, and charging method are confirmed for the selected copper route.
Copper Tube Upward Continuous Casting
Project-configured upward continuous casting equipment for copper tube billet and hollow copper sections. Outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, material, downstream process, collection method, utilities, and acceptance conditions are reviewed before equipment scope is confirmed.
Product Use
A tube route is not defined by outside diameter alone. The hollow-section geometry, material, internal tooling, crystallizer interfaces, cooling, withdrawal, collection, and downstream process must be reviewed as one system.
Equipment Composition
The final supply boundary is project specific. Each item is included only when confirmed in the technical proposal and contract.
Feed-material form, cleanliness, weighing, and charging method are confirmed for the selected copper route.
Furnace type, quantity, capacity, power, atmosphere, and operating sequence are configured by project.
Crystallizer, graphite tooling, core or internal interface, protective parts, and water circuit are reviewed together.
Traction, guide path, cooling, strand arrangement, and access are matched to the approved hollow section.
Collection, cut-to-length, support, lifting, and transfer are selected for the cast tube billet and downstream process.
Water quality, temperature, flow, pressure, heat rejection, filtration, and monitoring are confirmed with the plant.
PLC, HMI, instruments, alarms, interlocks, and local power interface follow the agreed line scope.
Drawing, interfaces, water circuit, assembly, and factory-test requirements are recorded before manufacture.
Customization
Confirm outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, tolerances, length or collection method, and downstream use.
Confirm copper grade, applicable standard, chemistry, sampling, test method, acceptance values, and responsible party.
Review graphite tooling, internal core arrangement, cooling-water conditions, mounting, maintenance access, and spare requirements.
Installation guidance, commissioning support, technical documents, and training are available only as confirmed after project review.
Product FAQ
These answers clarify product use, equipment scope, customization, and quotation inputs.
The reviewed output is normally a cast tube billet or hollow copper section for downstream processing. Whether it is a finished tube depends on the required standard, dimensions, surface, tolerances, and subsequent processing route.
Provide the required outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, length or collection method, tolerances, material grade, and downstream process. Final manufacturability is confirmed after drawing review.
Selected DHP tube systems can be evaluated. The exact material grade, chemistry, feed material, process scope, sampling, testing, and acceptance conditions must be confirmed before quotation.
Price depends on the approved tube product, material, output target, furnace arrangement, strand count, crystallizer and core interfaces, cooling system, handling method, controls, inspection, and delivery scope.
Send the tube or tube-billet drawing, material standard, output target, feed material, downstream process, collection method, utilities, workshop plan, destination, and schedule.
