What is the difference between a copper upcasting machine, line, and system?
Machine often refers to the core casting and withdrawal equipment. Line or system normally describes the coordinated equipment from charging and furnaces through crystallization, cooling, handling, and controls. Mivo confirms the exact supply boundary in the quotation.
Which products can a copper upcasting machine produce?
Reviewed routes include round copper rod, copper busbar and flat profiles, strip billet, tube or pipe billet, and selected drawing-based pure copper profiles. One machine configuration is not automatically suitable for every product form.
Can the line produce oxygen-free copper?
Oxygen-free copper or Cu-OF requirements can be reviewed, but the final material definition, sampling method, test method, acceptance value, raw material, and operating responsibility must follow the customer standard and technical agreement.
How is copper upcasting machine price calculated?
Price and total project cost depend on product dimensions, material specification, target capacity, furnace arrangement, strand count, cooling scope, coiling or cut-to-length equipment, control level, utilities, inspection, export delivery, and commissioning requirements.
Can Mivo manufacture a customized copper upcasting line?
Yes. The equipment is reviewed against the required product size, material, capacity, plant utilities, layout, downstream handling, and acceptance conditions. A drawing or product specification is required before a custom configuration is confirmed.
Are process design, startup, and training included?
Process design and startup support are available for selected products and alloy systems. The applicable process scope, technical documentation, commissioning support, and training requirements are confirmed after project review.
