Copper rod, flat copper, and tube billet do not use one universal crystallizer or handling arrangement. Each route changes the tooling, withdrawal, cooling, strand layout, collection method, and acceptance plan. Copper Rod Upcasting Machine

Produces round copper rod as feedstock for downstream wire drawing, rolling, extrusion, or forming. It does not produce finished electrical wire. Rod diameter, strand count, capacity, coil weight, and coiling method are confirmed during project review.

Copper Busbar and Flat Profile Upcasting Machine

Produces cast copper busbar, flat bar, and strip billet for downstream straightening, cutting, punching, bending, rolling, or finishing. The casting line output is feedstock or a cast profile, not a fully fabricated switchgear busbar.

Copper Tube and Pipe Billet Upcasting Machine

Tube and hollow-section routes are reviewed against the required outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, material specification, downstream process, and collection method. Selected DHP tube systems can be evaluated after technical review.
